Dec. 18th, 2019 05:43 pmCurrently reworking my workflow for Windows again, though I do have a Linux machine with my Acer laptop. Like hell I'm going to put Windows 10 onto it if I can avoid it.
But, I'm reinstalling Windows Vista on my Dell Inspiron E1505. Not only because there aren't any working wifi drivers for it on Windows 7, but also because I happen to like Vista.
What happened this time? Same as the problems I've been having with Linux since I tried to switch to it: my hardware. The GeForce GTS 450 in my desktop just doesn't seem to consistently stay working under any distro I try. So, until I have some better hardware, Windows with a Linux VM is going to be my solution, cause I still want Linux of some sort on it.
Yay... Technology...
