Bedbugs...
Dec. 15th, 2021 06:01 amBedbugs… They suck. After fighting them off a few years ago, I hoped I'd never have to again. Well, that didn't work, because a member of my family brought them into my home again, and no one here is happy about it.
I haven't had decent sleep since we found out, and while they haven't been in my bedroom, it's always a worry that they'll move into here with reckless abandon. At the moment, they're only in the 'front room' (where the front door is) and the living room (where my uncle usually sleeps), and we're doing what we can to contain them there until a professional can deal with them. 91% isopropyl alcohol with a few drops of lavender essential oil really goes a long way, especially when you spray their sorry asses down and watch them shrivel in real-time.
Here's to hoping they're gone sooner rather than later…and that I'll be able to sleep better soon.
